Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our production process, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong item, color, or shipping address at checkout

Please review sizing charts and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief explanation

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Conditions

Refunds are only processed after returned items are received and inspected.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or visible wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order first to secure availability. Once the original item is returned and inspected, an approved refund may be issued for the returned item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified only within a short period after being placed. Once an order has entered processing or production, it can no longer be canceled or changed.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
